Judge Reese order the case against a man charged with sexually abusing two children dismissed prior to trial. While the client was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, both 1st degree felonies that carry mandatory prison, Mr. Bautista was able to get the case dismissed because of his years of experience handling such matters.

Client’s charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed because of an illegal search by police officer. Client was driving through the state when police officers illegally detained him and search his vehicle finding drugs. As a result of defense arguments by Mr. Bautista, the charges were dismissed.
